Welcome to the Stockholm Green Map!

In 2006 we distributed 50,000 free Green Maps of Stockholm. You can dowlnload a PDF version of the map. We are currently working on a interactive online version of the map. We hope that it will be ready in September 2008. If you're curious take a look at our test version.

A Green Map identifies, promotes, and links eco and cultural resources. Merging the ancient art of map making with new media tools, a Green Map creates a fresh perspective that helps residents discover and get involved in their community's environment, and helps guide tourists (even virtual ones) to special places and successful green initiatives they can replicate back home.

The Stockholm Green Map is part of the international Green Map System that brings together over 400 different projects in over 50 different countries, that all work together on a local level for vibrant sustainable societies.
